Kathmandu, Feb 16: Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration Aman Lal Modi has held a discussion with all the heads of the administrative section on the civil service acts. It was discussed on the meeting hall of Singa Darbar today.
Heads of the administrative section have viewed about the cross entrance, provision of categorical/class and quota in civil service acts.
Assistance professor of Janaprasashan Campus, Tribhuvan University(TU) Dr. Narandra Raj Paudel suggested that provision in acts should focus on abiding servants on moral responsibility.
Secretary of the ministry Krishna Hari Puskar said that the suggestions will be observed.
Minister Modi said that the main focus is to outline acts taking consideration in the favor of people and country.
Modi has held discussions with former prime ministers, former ministers of the ministry, chief whips of parties, former secretaries, experts, and office bearers of staff (servant) organizations.
