4.8 magnitude earthquake jolts Olangchungola
Funglin, Feb 13 : An earthquake occurred this morning with the epicenter at Olangchungola in Faktanglung Rural Municipality-7 of Taplejung.
According to the National
Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre, the earthquake measuring 4.8 in the
Richter scale jolted Taplejung at 4.30 this morning.
The tremor was felt in Taplejung and its adjoining districts.

Lama informed that no damage has been so far reported in Olangchungola due to
earthquake.
It may be noted that the 5.4
magnitude earthquake had struck the district with its epicenter at
Olangchungola in 27 Magh 2077. (RSS)
