Bhusal entrusted with CPN (US) Secretariat member responsibility

kathmandu, Jan 14: A meeting of the CPN (Unified Socialist) Secretariat has decided to entrust Ghanashyam Bhusal with the responsibility of its secretariat member.

According to party's Publicity Department Chief Jagannath Khatiwada, today's meeting presided over by party Chairperson Madhav Kumar Nepal decided to nominate Bhusal to the post. 

The party's standing committee endorsed the nomination today itself. Bhusal entered the party on January 13 this year and expressed his commitment to be active in the campaign of reorganization and transformation of the Nepal's communist movement. 

Prior to this, he had served as the CPN (UML)'s deputy general-secretary. An intellectual leader and analyst of capitalism and socialism, Bhusal had contested the House of Representatives member election from Rupandehi constituency no 1 in the recently held parliamentary elections. (RSS)
