NC's Dilli Raj Panta wins from Kailali-5

By Prakash Bikram Shah/Abinash Chaudhary, Dhangadhi, Nov.25: From Left Democratic Alliance, a Nepali Congress candidate Dilli Raj Panta has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives (HoR), from Kailali-5 by a margin of 1,074  against his opponent Narad Muni Rana from CPN (UML). 

Panta received 21,392  votes against his opponent Rana who received 20,318 votes.
