By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Oct. 16: A total of 32 new cases (RT-PCR and antigen tests combined) of COVID-19 were confirmed on Sunday while seven people recovered from COVID-19.
In 634 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the past 24 hours, a total of 32 people were found infected with SARS-CoV-2, informed the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in its regular update on Sunday.
Likewise, the virus infection was detected in four people in 528 antigen tests performed in the last 24 hours.
Currently, there are 688 active cases of COVID-19 across the nation.
So far, Nepal's COVID-19 death toll has reached 12,018.
