Kathmandu, Sept 6: Indian Army Chief General Manoj Pande today made an onsite visit to Nepal Army Command and Staff College in Shivapuri.
In course of the visit, Indian Army Chief Pande attended the interaction organised there. Similarly, he is scheduled to pay a courtesy call to Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba this afternoon.
The Indian Army Chief would pay homage at Pashupatinath Temple this evening, according to the NA Directorate of Public Relations and Information.
Likewise, he is scheduled to visit Muktinath and carry out an onsite visit of the Nepali Army's Mid-Command Headquarters, Pokhara, on Wednesday morning as well as visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, Basantapur, in the afternoon the same day.
General Pande will return home on Thursday after visiting Indian Embassy, in Kathmandu. He arrived on a five-day visit to Nepal on Sunday at the invitation of Chief of Army Staff, Prabhu Ram Sharma. (RSS)
