Acting editor of Gorkhapatra Online Lok Bahadur Chaudhary 'Lucky' has been appointed as a board member of the Gorkhapatra Corporation. Ministry for Communication and Information Technology has appointed him as a board member of the Corporation for four years from the ministerial decision of March 20. Ministry's Joint Secretary Koshhari Niraula handed over the appointment letter to the Chaudhary on Friday.

In Friday's meeting of the National Assembly, responding to a query of lawmaker Bhuwan Bahadur Sunar, Minister Yadav mentioned that the ministry has forwarded a feasibility study of reservoir-based large drinking water projects including managing drinking water through wholesale distribution system making diversion of Sunkoshi and Raptikhola rivers in order to resolve drinking water problems.
