"Dashain has helped foster mutual goodwill, cooperation and reconciliation in the society, and a spirit of unity in the community. I request one and all to celebrate Dashain, travelling safely and cautiously, as the flooding and landslide triggered by the incessant monsoon rains in the run up to Dashain has affected life of the people and rendered a large number of Nepali citizens homeless," the Speaker said in the message.
Fifteen injured in microbus accident in Panchkhal
