Kathmandu, May 31: The lawmakers have demanded the government that it provided relief to the households suffering from disasters and wildlife invasions in various parts of the country.
Speaking in the House of Representatives meeting today, the lawmakers drew government's attention towards increasing cases of human-wildlife conflict.
NC lawmaker Janak Raj Joshi informed parliament that hundreds of people were forced to live under open sky after the recent floods in Budhinanda municipality of Bajura district. Immediate relief was needed to them, he added.
