Forest Minister Chaudhary assumes office as NTNC Chairperson
Kathmandu, May 12: Minister for Forests and Environment and Agriculture and Livestock Development Geeta Chaudhary assumed office as the Chairperson of the National Trust for Nature Conservation (NTNC).
Minister Chaudhary assumed the responsibility of Chairperson of the NTNC today after Prime Minister Balendra Shah handed over the responsibility of Chairperson of the NTNC on Monday. On the occasion, she stressed the need to work in a transparent and accountable manner.
Minister Chaudhary appreciated the contribution made by the Trust in the conservation sector and stressed the need to make the organization more effective in the coming days. (RSS)
