Kathmandu, March 7: The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has won two more constituencies: Rupandehi-2 and Baglung-2 in the House of Representatives (HoR) elections-2026.
Party candidate Sulabh Kharel emerged victorious from Rupandehi-2 with 56,550 votes, leaving behind his nearest competitor Bishnu Prasad Paudel of CPN (UML) with a mammoth margin. Paudel obtained only 12,861.

Similarly, Chunnu Prasad Paudel of the Nepali Congress garnered 9,392, securing the third position.
In Baglung-2, RSP candidate Som Sharma won by securing 12,647 votes against his nearest contender Tek Raj Paudel of Nepali Congress who secured 11, 868. Likewise, Gyamnath Gaire of Nepali Communist Party (NCP) secured 10,709 votes followed by Manju Chalise of CPN (UML), with 7,864 votes. (RSS)
