RSP candidate wins HoR seat in Bhaktapur-1
Bhadgaon, March 7: Rukesh Ranjit of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has won the House of Representatives (HoR) Member election from Bhaktapur constituency number 1, defeating Nepal Workers and Peasants Party secretary Prem Suwal by 5,289 votes.
Chief Election Officer Navaraj Dahal said that Ranjit won the election, securing 33,436 votes while Suwal collected 28,147 votes.
Similarly, Kiran Neupane of the Nepali Congress received 4,282 votes and Som Mishra of the UML got 3,721 votes. (RSS)
