By Shaigram Nepal, Chitwan, March 6: Sobita Gautam, the candidate of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has taken an early lead in the initial vote count of Chitwan Constituency-3.
During the counting of votes from Wards 5, 6, and 9 of Madi Municipality, Gautam secured 925 votes.
She is being followed by Renu Dahal, the candidate of the Nepali Communist Party (CPN), who has received 679 votes.
Likewise, Shankar Raj Thapaliya of the CPN (UML) has received 202 votes. Tek Prasad Gurung of the Nepali Congress has received 119 votes.
Dipak Thapa of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party has received 22 votes.
