By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Feb. 13: ‘Ekam Bhajan Sanjh,’ a devotional music programme, is set to be held at Bhaisepati Playground, Lalitpur, on Saturday to mark Mahashivaratri.

Organised by Yagyashala Foundation in coordination with Pragati Youth Club, the event will feature musicians, dancers, priests, and individuals associated with religious tourism.

According to a press release issued by Yagyashala Foundation, more than 10 artists will perform live at the programme, with classical dance being another major attraction of the event.

According to the organisers, the objective of ‘Ekam Bhajan Sandhya’ is to reconnect the younger generation with culture and tradition, promote mental peace and a sense of collective unity through devotional music, and establish a new standard for spiritual music programmes in Nepal.

“Through this programme, we want to present a model of community-centred events and lay the foundation for developing Nepal as a hub for spiritual tourism,” said Nirajan Adhikari, founder of Yagyashala Foundation.
