School Dance Idol to light up Dharan this December

By Our Correspondent,Dharan, Nov. 30: The grand finale of ‘School Dance Idol 2082’ will take place on December 29 in Dharan, featuring participants from various schools in the city. 

The event, organised by the United Dance Academy Dharan, will showcase the best dance talent among school students and offer a grand prize of Rs. 100,000 along with a trophy.

Speaking at a press conference on Saturday, the President of United Dance Academy Dharan-9, Santosh Tamang, announced that the competition is part of the academy’s 9th edition of the School Dance Idol contest. 

He also mentioned that the competition will be further refined and expanded in the coming years. The event’s slogan is “Your Talent, Our Stage.”

The competition, which began on June 9, has already narrowed down the participants to the top 10 students. These finalists will compete in the grand finale on December 29.

A total of 5,335 students from 44 schools in Dharan took part in the competition. 

The winner will receive Rs. 100,000 in cash, along with a trophy and certificate, said Tamang.
