Editor-in-chief Thapaliya retires from TRN
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Aug 10: Editor-in-Chief of The Rising Nepal, Bhimsen Thapaliya, has retired from his post.
The Gorkhapatra Corporation management organised a formal farewell programme on Sunday.
Thapaliya retired on the basis of age limit from Monday.
He joined Rising Nepal Daily as a sub editor on 1995 May 28. On the occasion, the Corporation's Executive Chairman, Bishnu Prasad Subedi and General Manager Lal Bahadur Airi provided outgoing Editor-In-Chief with a token of love and appreciation letter.
Meanwhile, the TRN editorial team organised a farewell programme.
