Surkhet-Dailekh road disrupted

By Yamraj Bista, Panchakoshi (Dailekh) Aug 6: The Surkhet-Dailekh road has been disrupted due to rainfall.
With the road connecting Surkhet to the Dailekh district headquarters being blocked, the movement of vehicles has come to a standstill.
District Police Office Chief Ganesh Bahadur Baral said that the landslide occurred at Sisnetar in Dungeshwar Rural Municipality -6 on the road.
He said that the road has been completely blocked and efforts are being made to clear it.
Police Chief Baral said that the blocked road can be resumed within an hour of security personnel being deployed at the site.
The landslide has caused problems in movement on the road.
