BY OUR CORRESPONDENT,Dhangadhi, Apr. 27: Sudurpaschim Province Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah is scheduled to meet Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, and Pushkar Singh Dhami, the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, during his visit to India.
A 10- member delegation led by Chief Minister Shah will embark on a week-long visit to India from April 29 to March 5 at the invitation of the Indian Government.
During a press conference held on Saturday, Shah informed that he would depart from Kathmandu to New Delhi by air on April 29 and after visiting Lucknow, he would return to Nepal by land.
Throughout the visit, the Chief Minister will travel to New Delhi, Dehradun and Ayodhya, where he will offer prayers at the Ram Temple before reaching Lucknow.
In New Delhi, Chief Minister Shah is scheduled to meet various ministers, interact with the Vivekananda International Foundation and observe a few sites. He said that he would also visit the office of NHPC (which is working on the West Seti and Tanakpur dam projects) for discussions.
After New Delhi, the Chief Minister's team will travel to Dehradun for a meeting with Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami. From Dehradun, they will go to Ayodhya and then to Lucknow to meet Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Chief Minister Shah said, "The exact date for the meeting with Yogi Adityanath has not been finalised yet, but his office is working on setting the time."
According to Shah, the visit will mainly focus discussions on agriculture, tourism and energy.
