By Sahara Limbu, Phungling, Apr.21: Two people injured when a bolero got tangled in the wire that had broken off from an electric pole have been airlifted to Kathmandu.
Two others injured when a Bolero vehicle en route to the Pathibhara Temple from Taplejung headquarters, Fungling, caught fire, have been airlifted to Kathmandu.
According to the DSP of the District Police Office, Taplejung, two injured, 45-year-old Sabina Acharya of Lalitpur, and her 10-year-old grandson Abhiyam Acharya, have been sent to Hams Hospital in Kathmandu by helicopter for further treatment, as treatment was not possible at the District Hospital Taplejung.
Four others were dead in the accident. The deceased have been identified as 25-year-old tractor driver Chandra Prakash Rokaya from Mughu, Khatyad Municipality-5; 21-year-old Ravindra Bik from Palanta Municipality-4, Kalikot; 32-year-old Sadu Budha from the same location; and 26-year-old Amba Shahi from Sallikot, Palanta-5.
