Nepal posts 192-run target for Afghanistan in U19 ODI

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, April 9: Nepal posted a target of 192 runs for Afghanistan in the under-19 One Day International (ODI) match at Mulpani Cricket Ground on Wednesday.

Batting first Nepal scored a total of 191 runs before being all out in 44.5 overs. 

Nepal's Sahil Patel scored 46 runs, Niraj Kumar Yadav 42, Roshan Bishwakarma 28, Naren Bhatta 22 and Darsh Sonar hit 10 runs whereas other batsmen failed to score runs in double digits.

To limit Nepal below 200 runs, Afghanistan's Hafeez Zadran took four wickets alone. Similarly, Abdul Aziz and Zaitullah Shaheen took two wickets each whereas Mahboob Khan and Roohullah Arab took a single wicket each.
