Kathmandu, Mar.31: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has informed in the meeting of the federal parliament that he will be having a formal visit to Thailand to be a BIMSTEC Summit.
Addressing the meeting of the House of Representatives on Monday, PM said that this is the first time that a PM of Nepal is formally visiting Thailand after 65 years of establishment diplomatic relationship between Nepal and Thailand.
PM will be leaving to Thailand on April 1.
A courtesy meeting will be held between PM Oli and King of Thailand amid the visit.
The two point agreement MoU will be signed between two nations in regard to tourism and culture. Six point agreement in line with non-government sector in presence of Prime minters of both nations will be signed as well.
PM said that he will be holding meeting with reknowned businessman of Thailand and will address Asian Institute of Technology.
PM will address BIMSTEC summit on April 4 and will try to hold meetings with leaders of different nations as much as possible.
