Scuffle between protestors and police, one house torched

Kathmandu, Mar.28: A scuffle have broken out between supporters of the former king (monarchy) and police who gathered in Tinkune.

Police said that tear gas was fired to control the situation.

According to Harish Singh Dhami, Assistant Inspector of Police of Tinkune Police Division, tear gas was fired to control the situation after protesters pelted stones at security personnel.

The situation is currently tense.

Protesters have also torched a house.
