Kathmandu, March 8: The tremor of the earthquake that occurred at Dinggye County of Tibet Autonomous Region in China this afternoon has been felt in Nepal as well.
According to the Nepal Earthquake Monitoring and Research Centre (NEMRC), the earthquake hit the County with its epicentre there itself at around 2:35 pm. The quake measured magnitude 5.9.
Earlier in January, a magnitude-7 quake had been recorded with the same epicentre.
Meanwhile, a fresh tremor was recorded in the Baglung district today morning. The magnitude-4.1 quake had its epicentre at Khukhani in the district. It occurred at 6:20 am.
Another quake of similar magnitude was recorded at Mudi in Myagdi district today at 3:14 am, according to the NEMRC. (RSS)
