Four foreigners held with 3.5 kg of gold from TIA

Kathmandu, Feb 27: Nepal Police have held four foreign nationals including a woman with 3.745 kilogrammes of gold from Tribhuvan International Airport.     

They had landed in Kathmandu on a Fly Dubai flight on Wednesday night. Chief of TIA Security Office, Somendra Singh Rathore, told RSS that Akhmadjanovana Dilphuja Marif Aliev, Ijarailovana Saodat Phejiva, Sardor Triusanov and Gulamdjanovan Umid Akhomedov were arrested with gold in course of security check at TIA Terminal.     

All of them are from Uzbekistan and further investigation into the case was underway, added Rathore.(RSS)
