Today's weather: Partly cloudy across the country

Kathmandu, Feb.19: Presently the westerly wind and westerly low pressure system have partial impact in the country.    

According to a weather forecast bulletin issued by the Meteorological Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology this morning, there will be partly cloudy in the mountainous parts of the country including Koshi province and the rest of the country is mainly clear. Meanwhile, Terai will experience fig and mist. 

According to the department, the weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly parts of the country, including the Sudur Paschim Province, while the weather will remain clear in the rest of the country. 

There is a possibility of light snowfall in one or two places in the high hills and Himalayas

Similarly, it will be partly cloudy to mostly cloudy in the hilly areas of the country, including Sudur Paschim, Karnali, and Lumbini provinces, while the remaining parts will remain partly cloudy, while there is a possibility of light snowfall in one or two places in the high hills and Himalayan regions at night.
