One dead in motorcycle accident in Jhapa
By Leelaraj Khadka, Birtamod, Feb.3: A person died when a motorcycle met with an accident in Jukekalbhat, Kankai Municipality, on the East-West Highway of Jhapa, at 4:30 AM on Monday.
50-year-old Hariprasad Sitaula, a resident of Sharanamati, Jhapa Rural Municipality 6, sustained serious injuries when the motorcycle (Me 4 Pa 950), en route from west to east, went out of control and caused an accident.
According to the District Police Office Jhapa, the doctor of B&C Medical College Teaching Hospital and Research Center, where he was rushed after the accident, declared severely injured Sitaula dead on arrival at 5 AM.
