Hostel 3 to be released on March 7

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Dec. 28: Hostel 3 will be released on March 7 next year.  Announcing the release date, the film production unit has unveiled the poster for the third instalment of ‘Hostel 3’. 

Along with the poster, the new release date for the movie has been announced.  According to director Sashan Kandel, the film will be released in Nepal and other countries on this date.

The poster, which provides the first glimpse of the film, features the four main characters in a cheerful mood, indicating that the movie is a comedy.  The poster shows the lead male characters engaging in fun activities on a basketball court. The four main characters are Ashish Ghimire, Paras Bam (Coolboy), Rihan Giri and Padam Tamang. The poster was designed by Rakesh Dahal.

‘Hostel 3’ is expected to portray the struggles, friendships, and joyful moments of college life.

Directed by Sashan Kandel and written by Madhav Sharma, the story is based on Kandel’s concept. The film has been produced by Samman Entertainment in collaboration with Aaron KAN Films. The producers are Karna Karki and Govinda Adhikari, with Suresh Kandel as the co-producer and Shankar Koirala as the executive producer.

‘Hostel 3’ has been made following the success of the previous instalments, ‘Hostel’ and ‘Hostel Returns’. 

 This series is regarded as a platform for discovering new talent. The third instalment is also anticipated to serve as an important film for introducing fresh faces to the Nepali film industry.

The cast includes Paras, Rihan, Ashish, Padam, along with Simran Pant, Hena Nagarkoti, Umar Khan, Sama Parajuli, Santosh Baniya, Rohan Shrestha, Ashish Purush, and others.
