By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov. 26: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that social security is an advanced concept and practice.

Wishing on the seventh anniversary of Social Security Day on Tuesday, PM Oli said that social security is the guarantee of the future safety and security of mankind.

He said, "Human beings are conscious creatures therefore has been also upkeep about their security and safety. However, was unable to find ideas, and solutions, to find methods, and to implement them. Therefore, has got a long history on the issue. Gradually, the concept of security through like employee's provident fund and pension began to take shape in our country." 

The government is committed to advancing the broader and more complete concept of social security, operating it systematically, and completing it.

PM Oli said, "Nobody needs to think that they are orphans. It is a matter of sadness to be an orphan. Therefore, there will be no longer a situation where one feels a lack of guardianship or a lack of career. There will be no situation where there is no support for anybody as there is a state and government for that."
