Four rounds of tear gas fired at RSP cadres, six arrested

By Phadindra Adhikari, Lekhnath, Nov.5: The District Police Office, Kaski, have fired four rounds of tear gas and arrested six people when the cadres of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) tried to break the restriction area. 

The cadres of RSP staged a demonstration as the former chief of Gorkha Media Network and Chairperson of RSP Rabi Lamichhane is being presented in front of the court to extend remand on Tuesday. 

According to the Chief District Officer (CDO) of Kaski Bharat Mani Pandey, a round of teargas was fired when cadres tried to break the restriction area. 

He said, " We have fired four rounds of teargas. We have taken under control six people. Now, the situation is normal."
