Online, Kathmandu, Oct 25: Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister
Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that the NC is satisfied with the performance of
the government in the last 100 days.
The
president of the major party in the ruling alliance viewed that there were no
reasons to be dissatisfied with the works performed by the government led by
CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli.
President
Deuba said the government has done good job in its honeymoon period, according
to the News Agency Nepal.
He argued
that remours were spread that the government did not work well in disaster
management, relief and rescue. "The government has taken pace from all
respects."
President
Deuba said, “I would appreciate the 100 days of the government. It has
effectively carried out the rescue and relief operation during the time of floods
and landslides."
The NC
president said that the incumbent government will complete its full term as
agreed ( 2 years since its formation) and that he will lead the government in the
remaining period (one and a half year) before the parliamentary election.
Former Prime
Minister Deuba said that it is usual that challenges crop up when there are
many parties in the government. "Small problems and challenges do appear within
a party, within our party and they are settled."
