Land donors for police post honoured

Chainpur (Bajhang), Oct 19: Three persons, who donated lands for the establishment of temporary police posts at Jhota and Chhanna Patadewal have been honoured here.

Nanda Devi Singh, Krishna Bahadur Singh and Purna Bahadur Thapa, were honoured offering shawls and certificates signed by Inspector General of Police, Basanta Kunwar. They were feted at a programme organized at the District Police Office.

Bajhang Chief District Officer Om Prasad Bhattarai and Police Chief in the district, Bhandari jointly handed over the certificates.

Chief of the District Police Office, Yubraj Bhandari informed that all police posts except District Police Office, Chainpur, Area Police Office, Bungal and Melbisauni are in operation at rented houses. (RSS)
