Arrest warrant issued against Rabi Lamichhane

By Phanindra Adhikari, Lekhnath, Oct 18: An arrest warrant has been issued against Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chair and Former Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane in connection with the Suryadarshan Saving and Credit Co-operative fraud case on Friday.

A bench of District Court Kaski's Justice Krishna Jung Shah permitted to arrest Lamichhane on  Friday afternoon.

To take an arrest warrant against Lamichhane, District Police Chief of Kaski SP Shyam Babu Oliya, among others, reached the District court.

Nepal Police Spokesperson DIG Dan Bahadur Karki informed that the action against Lamichhane in connection to the cooperative fraud case has started.
