Judiciary at work to fulfill public expectation: CJ Shrestha

Kimathanka (Sankhuwasabha), Sept 15: Chief Justice Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha has said judiciary was at work to fulfill public expectation towards courts.     

CJ Shrestha said it while opening a newly constructed building of the district court, Sankhuwasabha on Sunday. He viewed the rule of law should be reflected in action.     

The courts should be attentive to providing justice on time. It is essential for court's adherence to constitutional mandate of independent and fair judiciary.     

Both legal and institutional mechanisms were put in place to ensure everyone's access to justice.     

The newly constructed building of the district court has 27 rooms.     

District judge Dhrub Raj Tripathi informed that the building was constructed at the cost of Rs 46.1 million.(RSS)
