One killed in road accident

Muglin (Chitwan), Sept 9 : One person has died in a road accident that took place in Chitwan this morning. The accident took place when a container truck (Na. 8 Kha. 2818) coming from Birgunj with chicken feed to Bharatpur hit a motorcycle (Ba.Pra. 06-003 Pa 4851) coming from the opposite direction.    

The accident took place at Shanti chowk of Ratnanagar Municipality-3. The deceased has been identified as Jeevan Magrati of ward no. 15 of the same municipality. Seriously injured Magrati died while undergoing treatment at the local hospital, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Bheshraj Rizal of the District Police Office.    

Meanwhile, Police have arrested 36-year-old driver of the truck, Shyamsundar Sahini of Gadimai Municipality-5 in Bara. (RSS)
