NC and UML share ministerial portfolios in Bagmati

Bagmati, July 23: The Nepali Congress and the UML have shared the ministerial portfolios in the Bagmati provincial government amongst them.     

Accordingly, the NC gets the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Planning, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law, the Ministry of Social Development, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Cooperatives, the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Transport and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, said Govinda Prasad Lamsal, the Whip of the NC's provincial parliamentary party.     

Similarly, the UML gets the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure, Water Supply, Energy and Irrigation, the Ministry of Forests and Environment, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Land Management and Administration and the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development.
