Six arrested in robbery in Jhapa

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 3: Six people having involvement in many house robberies in Jhapa have been arrested.

Police arrested them after finding the involvement in the house invasion of Durga Devi Shrestha of Arjundhara Municipality-11, Jhapa and Uma Shrestha of the same address that occurred on Tuesday. 

According to the Police, they are also the same gang that robbed the house of Ganga Kafle of Naya Namuna tole of Birtamod Municipality-5 on June 4. 

The arrested have been identified as 22-year-old Susman Thapa, 27-year-old Krishna Thapa, 43-year-old Arjun Bishowkarma, 43-year-old Nitesh Baraili from Kamal Rural Municplaity-3, Jhapa. Suresh Kumar Das, aged 40, from Mechinagar Municipality,  Jhapa and 51-year-old Sunil Rajbanshi from Arjundhara Municipality, Jhapa. 

The necessary actions are underway.
