By TRN Online, Kathmandu, June 9: The Kathmandu traffic police office has taken action against 800 thousand drivers for violating traffic rules.
The traffic police office took action against 804,272 drivers of Bhaktapur, Kathmandu, Lalitpur in the last 10 months of the current fiscal year for violating the rule.
The spokesperson of the traffic police, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Jeevan Kumar Shrestha, informed that a sum of Rs 578.4 million was collected as revenue by charging the rule breakers.
