Happy Day of Russia marked
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, June 4: Embassy of Russia in Nepal hosted a ceremony to mark Happy Day of Russia here today.
Government ministers, officers, representatives of diplomatic missions in Kathmandu, members of parliament, political leaders, among others, participated in the ceremony.
Addressing the function, Russian Ambassador to Nepal, Aleksei A. Novikov, said that the event was organised to celebrate Nepal-Russia friendship.
Speaking on the occasion, member of the House of Representatives, Sobita Gautam, expected friendship between the two countries to further strengthen in the days ahead.
Musical shows were presented during the event.
