Adhikari synonym of Communist Movement: UML Vice-Chair Pokhrel

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, April 25: Vice-chairperson of the CPN (UML) Ishwar Pokhrel said that it is needed to understand that Man Mohan Adhikari is a synonym for the continuity of the Communist Movement.  

Addressing the program organized on the 25th Memorial Day by the Manmohan Memorial Foundation Trust, at Lalitpur on Thursday, UML Vice Chair Pokhrel said that the late Man Mohan went through various ups and downs. Not only when he was at the government, but when the situation went out of hand he remained steady. His involvement was not seen in any of the extremities that were observed in the communist movement. 

He said that the new generation of students involved in politics needs to be aware of Adhikari’s simple biography. 

He said, “We need to take the name Man Mohan Adhikari as the synonym to the continuity of the communist movement. He faced many hurdles but was not deterred. Not only when he was in government, but when the situation went out of hand he remained steady. Even though he was soft in nature, he maintained neutrality in ideology and never supported such behavior.”
