President Paudel in Chitwan

Chitwan, March 30: President Ram Chandra Paudel has arrived in Chitwan lately.     

He arrived here in the course of a programme organized to inaugurate a motorable bridge constructed to connect Devghat rural municipality-5 of Tanahun to Bharatpur Metropolis-1.     

Chairman of the bridge construction consumers' committee, Tankanath Paudel, informed that President Paudel will also lay a foundation stone for a building to be constructed for senior citizens at Devghat, Tanahu.     

Construction of the motorable bridge had begun nine years back. It was finished at the cost of Rs 216 million, according to Ramesh Prasad Paudel, chief of Road Division Office, Bharatpur. (RSS)
