Indefinite curfew in Birgunj

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb 19: District Administration Office Parsa has clamped an indefinite curfew order in Birgunj from 5 pm this evening.
Issuing a notice DAO Parsa said that the curfew order was imposed in Birgunj as there was a situation of conflict and clash during the demonstration of Hindu Samaj.
Chief District Officer of Parsa Dinesh Sagar Bhusal said that till the next order, an indefinite curfew has been clamped.
As per the DAO notice, a curfew was imposed in the area up to Nagawa Chowk in the east, Tilawe Pul in the west, Parwanipur in the north and up to Miteri Pul (custom area) in the south.
