By Prakash Bikram Shah, Dhangadhi, Jan 8: The candidacies for the election to the member of the National Assembly have been registered in the Sudur Paschim Province from the ruling coalition, Nepal Congress and CPN (Maoist Centre). Likewise, CPN (UML) has also filed nominations for the NA election.
The candidates from the coalition and CPN (UML) registered their candidacy in the Election Commission of Dhangadhi.
According to Prem Raj Bhatta, Acting Chief of State Election Office, Dhangadhi, NC, a ruling partner, has given the name of Baldev Bohara under the others category and Narayandatta Bhatta, president of NC Kailali district committee, under the category of disabled and monitories. Bhatta was disabled in the Second People’s Movement.
Likewise, Renu Chand from CPN (Maoist Centre) has filed nominations for the candidacy of the election to the member of the National Assembly under the women category.
CPN (UML) has nominated Ishwori Prasad Kharel, Kanchanpur, candidacy from the others, Sabitri Ghimire from Women, and Ram Chandra Joshi of Kaillai from disability and minorities.
