By Shaligram Nepal, Chitwan, Jan 8: The identifications have been ascertained of the nameless jam-packed bodies in a jute sack.
The District Police, Office, Chitwan, said that two bodies that were found in a sack at the Milan Chowk, Bharatpur Metropolitan City-12, on November 22, have been identified.
According to The District Police, Office, Chitwan, both the deceased male and female are Indian nationals and were killed by the Indian national.
Both the deceased hails from Motihari, India, and were doing business in Chitwan. They were found at the state of bound in their ankles, and wrists, and were asphyxiated by a rope in the neck. After being unable to identify bodies, police tried to identify bodies first by releasing bodily descriptions and then making the sketch public.
The identification was made three weeks ago amid the investigation process. The murderer of these two is believed to have been involved in another murder in India as well. He is under the control of the Indian police and, therefore, could not be brought to Nepal.
Police reached Bihar, India, early morning to take statement of the accused. Police will reveal further information on the case later.
