Tiptop Samosa fined Rs. two lakh for selling contaminated Dudhbari

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept 18: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has fined Tiptop Samosa shop a sum of Rs. 200,000 for selling contaminated Dudhwari (milk product).

Raju Nath Pande, Chief of metropolis police force, said that the shop located at Ward 17 was inspected following a complaint of sale of rotten milk products in the shop by a team led by Dr. Avadesh Jha, chief of Agriculture and Avian Department of the metropolis.

Jha said that the team found that Dudhbari was found to have been made by using spoiled milk and that the shop attendants had rude and impolite behavior.

He said some five kg of sweets made of milk were asked to destroy during the inspection.
