Miss Universe Nepal 2023 finalists announced

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Aug. 20: Asian Paints Miss Universe Nepal 2023 announced its 22 finalists amid a programme in Kathmandu on Friday. 

Of the 22, who were selected from among 500 applicants, two are married and one is transgender. 

The selected contestants will compete for the title of Miss Universe Nepal 2023 at the final to be held in Lalitpur's Godawari on September 9. The event is being organised by Umang Creations and Managing Director Uddhav Adhikari said that it would be an excellent opportunity for the chosen participants to establish themselves as models of self-confidence and beauty.

The selected finalists include Prapti Khadka, Sabina Chaudhary, Channel Shrestha, Prema Lamgade, Pooja Bhagat, Rozina Kafle, Garima Ghimire, Palishta Bajracharya, Amisha Basnet, Sanskriti Kshetri Karki, Trishna Baniya, Buddhasar Sunar, Pooja Paudel, Jane Deepika Garrett, Manita Paswan, Sushma RL Shahi, Abhilasha Lamsal, Elista Subedi and Mousumi Shrestha among others.

The winner of the pageant will represent Nepal at the Miss Universe, which will be held in El Salvador in November.
