PM Prachanda leaves for Italy

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 22 :  Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” has left for Italy today evening.     

In the departing event, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Defence Purna Bahadur Khadka, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Home Narayan Kaji Shrestha, ministers and high-ranking officials of the government bade farewell to the PM at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) along with the prominent leaders of the Maoist Centre .     

The PM is attending the United Nations Food Systems Summit +2 Stocktaking Moment (UNFSS+2) to be held in Rome, Italy from 24 to 26 July 2023. 

Besides, PM is scheduled to have bilateral meetings with high level dignitaries of the UN system, including the Director General of Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the Executive Director of the World Food Programme (WFP), and the President of International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), among others.   

PM Prachanda is return back on July 28
