Active COVID-19 cases in country fall to 70

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 21: four new cases (RT-PCR and antigen tests combined) of COVID-19 have been confirmed on Sunday while 12 people recovered from the disease.

In 195 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the past 24 hours, two people were found infected with SARS-CoV-2, informed the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in its regular update on Sunday. Whereas, two positive cases were found in 573 Antigen tests in the last 24 hours. 

Currently, there are 70 active cases of COVID-19 across the nation.

So far, 12,031 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19 in Nepal.
