Govt. to include journalists, mass media workers in social security
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 19: The government will include journalists and mass media workers in Social Security.
President Ram Chandra Paudel said so presenting the government's policies and programmes in the joint meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) and the National Assembly (NA) today.
He also said that the government will bring a separate law regarding cyber security.
President Paudel added that the government will implement the working journalist act effectively.
Similarly, the government has vowed to launch Integrated Broadcasting Service by merging Radio Nepal and Nepal Television in the coming year.
