By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 12: 32 new cases
(RT-PCR and antigen tests combined) of COVID-19 have been confirmed on Friday
while 12 people recovered from the disease.
In 260 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR)
tests done in the past 24 hours, 21 people were found infected with SARS-CoV-2,
informed the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in its regular update on
Friday. Whereas, 11 positive cases were found in 656 Antigen tests in the last
24 hours.
Currently, there are 129 active cases of COVID-19
across the nation.
So far, 12,031 people have lost their lives due to
COVID-19 in Nepal.
