38 new cases in 24 hrs, active cases reach 194

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, April 2: 38 new cases (RT-PCR and antigen tests combined) of COVID-19 have been confirmed on Sunday while 14 people recovered from the disease.

In 185 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the past 24 hours, 37 people were found infected with SARS-CoV-2, informed the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in its regular update on Sunday. Whereas, one positive case was found in 516 Antigen tests in the last 24 hours. 

Currently, there are 194 active cases of COVID-19 across the nation.

So far, 12,020 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19 in Nepal.
